We do not dispatch on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Any orders placed on these days or after 1pm on a regular working day, will not be processed until the following working day.
Standard Delivery Service: Standard deliveries will be made within 3 working days after you place your order [excluding Saturday & Sundays]. The cost of UK Standard Delivery is £7.00 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. We do not dispatch on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, if you place your order on one of these days it will be dispatched to you the next available working day. ie Monday.
Information on our Next Day Delivery Service: Next Day deliveries will be made the next working day after you place your order [excluding Saturday & Sundays] providing it is placed before 1pm, if your order is placed after 1pm it may not be sent until the following day. The cost of Next Day Delivery is £10.00 and your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on size and weight. We do not dispatch on Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays, if you place your order on one of these days it will be dispatched to you the next available working day. ie Monday.
Other Delivery Information: Your order should be delivered anytime between 7.30am and 7.30pm and a signature will be required on receipt. If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can re-arrange delivery or pick it up. Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Has my order been shipped out yet? As soon as your order is dispatched from our Warehouse, you will be sent an email to confirm that it's on its way.

Have you received my returned goods? As soon as your return has been processed by our warehouse, we'll email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don't receive this email within 10 days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch with us and we'll get back to you within the hour.
The website says an item is out of stock, can you please check? Our website stock is updated on a daily basis so if it says it is out of stock then unfortunately it really is. But no need to frown, we are constantly having deliveries so check back again soon and it may be back in stock.
Do you have a shop? No
Can I collect my order? We do offer a click a and collect option from our warehouse for people living in the local area with a 'PL' postcode, collection for these orders are between 9am-5pm Monday - Thursday and 8am-12pm Fridays.
